So much has been going on!

It has been a very busy year so far..... with much more excitement to follow. Looking forward to this next month (September) I will be opening my workshop doors to the wonderful Helfa Gelf public. For the last two weekends in September I will be opening my workshop so that you can come and watch me make pots, have a chat and perhaps buy some pots (although that is not compulsory!)
At the end of the year I will be taking part in an exhibition with Remy Dean in the lovely Oriel Maenofferen in Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Pop up Pottery @ Bendigedig will be inviting 'grown ups' and kids to sign up for short courses in ceramics... info to follow! (Please get in touch via email if you are interested)

New designs.
I have been working in a black clay from Valentines Clay for the past year. I have been making some sculptural forms, pachyderms, flower pots, bowls and storage jars. Using lots of different tools I have impressed patterns into the surface of my storage jars to create lots of different inlayed detail. After first firing I have been applying a white zircon glaze.
